The Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) of Colorado is a branch of the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization funded by memberships and donations. We rely on your contributions, which are tax deductible. We are led by a Colorado-based volunteer leadership team.
The mission of GIG of Colorado is to provide support to Coloradans with gluten intolerances, including celiac disease, dermatitis herpetiformis, and other gluten sensitivities, in order to live healthy lives. We embrace mutual support, acceptance, and respect for all persons living with gluten intolerances and working with this community. GIG envisions a united gluten intolerant community in which all persons feel they are healthy, are positively nurtured to live life to the fullest, and are involved and contributing citizens.
